I’m Rachel.

I’m the owner and primary consultant here and I am obsessed with sleep and helping others get more of it! As a previous night nanny, certified maternity and pediatric sleep specialist, parent educator, and mom of six, my mission is to help parents and families thrive, and I do that by giving you the skills you need to get your child the rest they need. Over the past twelve years I’ve been in this profession, I’ve helped thousands of families get sweeter sleep with my unique approach, based on understanding your child’s temperament and unique sleep profile.

However, as much of a blessing as pregnancy is, it also come with many challenges as your body changes in order to create a safe space for your growing baby. Women experience a variety of symptoms during pregnancy, many of which can cause sleep challenges during all trimesters. As moms ourselves, we know how important it is to get the rest you need during pregnancy, whether this is your first pregnancy or fifth.
